Shafaq News / Local sources said that unidentified gunmen kidnapped a tribal elder in the outskirts of Balad Ruz district , 60 km east of Baquba.The source told Shafaq News that unidentified men have kidnapped one of the elders of al- Neda tribe, named Mutlaq Al-Nedaowi and took him to an unknown destination.
The source confirmed that security forces formed a research team to achieve and uncover the fate of the kidnapped Sheikh.
