The handsome royal father, popularly known as Oba Gucci, threw a simple but colourful get-together, penultimate weekend, at his Elegushi palace residence. It was, indeed, an event reserved only for the privileged members of the society. As expected, choice wines flowed freely and continental dishes were not in short supply too.

Oba Saheed Elegushi was officially crowned on April 27, 2010 at a well-attended ceremony at the palace of his late father at Ikate- Elegushi in Lekki axis of Lagos.
